Please find below a table outlining the breakdown and schedule of the 2026 school fees. It is a school requirement that all fees and charges are paid in full on or before the due date. The school fees are billed in four annual cycles, with each cycle issued prior to the subsequent term. The fees for Term One are billed during Term Four of the preceding year.

Capital Levy

A capital Levy of $100 / term per student is charged in term invoices.

Composite Levy

The composite levy is billed annually and covers essential educational materials, learning resources, and students’ extra-curricular activities, including both incursions and excursions.

*All payable levies are non-refundable. Whether a student’s enrolment at the school ceases voluntarily or otherwise, or if a student’s participation in any school event is restricted due to behavioral concerns, the levy payment will not be subject to refund.

Books & Stationary

• Primary students are provided with books and stationery by the College.
• Secondary students are required to purchase their books and stationery as per the annual booklist. 

Discounts / Rebates

• Families with an active Health Care Card between 27 January 2026 and 20 April 2026 are eligible for a 10% reduction in tuition fees, provided the card is validated through the Department of Education Portal. This annual discount will be applied to the Term Three school fees invoice (issued in June) and is available only to fee-paying students.

Students who receive full fee waivers—such as those with a fifth child discount or other complete exemptions—are not eligible for this reduction. Students with a 50% scholarship will receive 50% of the 10% discount.

Please note that to qualify for this discount, all previous school fees up to and including Term Two must be fully paid, with no outstanding balances.

• Families who pay the full annual fees for all enrolled children before 30 November for the upcoming academic year will receive a $200 per student upfront payment discount. This offer applies only to fee-paying students; those exempt from tuition fees are not eligible. Students receiving a 50% scholarship will receive 50% of the discount amount.

Please note that the discount is only available if the annual fees for all students in the family are paid in advance. If only some students’ fees are paid upfront, the discount will not be applied.

• The sibling discount per term is as follows: $180 for the second child, $280 for the third child, and $550 for the fourth child. From the fifth child onwards, there will be an exemption from the Tuition Fee only; other charges and levies are payable in full.
