As a teacher Fathimath has always been passionate about inclusive education as she strongly believes that each student is different and unique and as a teacher we need to ensure that we embrace that understanding and create a learning environment that is conducive to students’ learning needs. Her philosophy of education is that all students need to be appreciated and recognised for their effort and teachers should be the motivating factor that makes students' school experience meaningful.
