Dodgeball Competition

During the first half of Term 2, the secondary girls participated in an Annual Dodgeball Competition. And what a competition it was – the finals between the Train Station, Originals and Strikers were particularly nail-biting and memorable!

Congratulations to all the year 7-12 students who participated in this lunchtime event and supported their team members; and for displaying great positive spirit throughout the competition. This is the 3rd Dodgeball competition to date and each year, the event gets better and better – with amazing display of memorable catches, powerful throws and tactical gaming strategies.

Commendable effort and outstanding performance by our grand-finalists – the Strikers and the Originals. The Strikers was crowned with the Dodgeball championship title for 2017, having won all the semi-final and final matches. The Originals was runners up, followed by the third-place winner – the Train Station.

Jazakillah to Ms. Sadaf, the PE secondary female coordinator, for her tireless efforts in organising this exciting sporting event for our girls; and PE teachers Ms. Reshide and Ms. Nergis for their on-going support. Thank you to all the teachers who took the time to watch our girls compete during the lunch time matches. The girls truly appreciated your support. We look forward to the next competition!
