Darul Ulum College of Victoria (College) is seeking a suitable Operator to operate College’s canteen facility located within the College premises. The Operator will be expected to offer a variety of healthy recess and lunch options to approximately 1000 Students and 150 staff members on daily basis. The canteen is expected to operate on all days that the College is open for students, except during the month of Ramadan.
The College will provide an equipped kitchen area for food preparation and cooking. The Operator also will be allowed to bring his own equipment and cutleries for preparations. The Operator will cook and serve quality and healthy food items to students and staff and maintain day to day operation of the canteen facility. The Operator will be responsible for running all aspects of the canteen and keep any profits for its operation.
Eligibility criterion for collection of tender document:
- Prior experience in hospitality and/or a certificate in commercial cookery.
- Certificate III or above in Hospitality for Food Safety Supervisor.
- Ability to communicate in English
