Interview and Assessment
Once you have returned the completed registration form to the College, and there is a vacancy in your child's year level, you will be contacted to arrange for an interview for you with the Principal and an entrance test for your child at the same time.
What you must bring with you to the interview:
- Child's birth certificate, Passport or other legal document for proof of age
- Immunisation certificate showing all details of full immunisation (for Prep children only )
- Previous school's report ( for children other than Prep )
- $50.00 registration fee
After the interview you will be notified by mail (usually within 14 days) whether your child was successful or unsuccessful in obtaining a place at Darul Ulum College. Once your child is offered a place you will receive a letter in the mail with a fees schedule and a uniform price list. To complete the enrolment process, you must come to the College and pay the first term fees, purchase the full uniform and fill in the admission form by the date in the letter. This completes the enrolment process. All new applicants will be required to fill the prescribed forms.
If your child has any long term Medical condition, such as Asthma, Diabetes or any special Medical needs, restrictions or will need medication whilst at College, you MUST inform the Principal during the interview.
Student Transfers / Withdrawls
Transfers or withdrawals from the college must be done at the end of a school term. The college must be notified one termprior to the Transfers/withdrawals. If a student leaves the school within the school term, the term fee will not be deducted
